Terms of Sale

The App offers a freemium model with the following plans:

• Free version: limited access to basic calculators
• Pro Weekly subscription: full access to all features, automatically renewed each week
• Pro Annual subscription: full access to all features, automatically renewed each year
• Pro Lifetime purchase: permanent access to all features, one-time payment

Prices are displayed in the App and on the App Store in your local currency. They may vary by country of residence and are subject to change at any time.

All purchases are made through Apple's App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's terms of service and their billing process. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Weekly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when subscribing to a paid plan

You may request a refund directly from Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com in accordance with their refund policy.

A free trial may be offered for subscriptions. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, the subscription will be automatically activated and charged. You can cancel at any time from your device Settings.

The Pro subscription grants access to all 24 calculators, PDF/CSV/Excel export, advanced project management, and all premium features of the App. Access is effective immediately after purchase confirmation.

The Publisher reserves the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a change, the new price will apply at the next renewal. You will be notified by Apple before any price change to your current subscription.

Displayed prices include applicable taxes. Apple collects and remits taxes in accordance with the regulations in your country of residence.

The Publisher shall not be held liable for issues related to the App Store payment process, nor for Apple service interruptions affecting access to purchased features.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts shall have jurisdiction.
