These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the Concrete Calc mobile application ("the App") published by The Proper App Company ("the Publisher").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Concrete Calc is a concrete and construction materials calculator application offering:

  • 24 professional calculators (slabs, stairs, columns, rebar, mix design, gravel, asphalt, mortar, etc.)
  • Material cost estimation
  • Export results to PDF, CSV, and Excel
  • Project management by job site
  • iCloud sync
  • Siri Shortcuts
  • Support for metric and imperial systems
  • Available in 10 languages

3. Access to the Service

The App is available as a free version with limited features. A Pro subscription (weekly, annual, or lifetime) unlocks all features. Subscription details are described in the Terms of Sale.

4. Account and User Data

The App does not require account creation. Your data is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is synchronized via your personal Apple account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the App in accordance with its intended purpose (construction calculations)
  • Not attempt to modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the App
  • Not use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Not circumvent protection mechanisms or free version limitations

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its content, design, and source code are the exclusive property of The Proper App Company. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App provides calculation estimates for informational purposes only. Results are not a substitute for the expertise of a qualified construction professional.

The Publisher shall not be held liable for:

  • Any calculation errors resulting from incorrect data entered by the user
  • Any decisions made based on the App's results
  • Any direct or indirect damages related to the use of the App
  • Any data loss due to technical malfunction

8. Availability

The Publisher strives to ensure the proper functioning of the App but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Updates may modify the App's features.

9. Personal Data

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the App after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or enforcement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
